HPCANYS is grateful to the three host faith communities: Lincoln United Memorial Baptist Church, Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, and Zion Missionary Baptist Church. Open dialogue with Pastor Corey Kennard and faith leaders of each congregation followed the screening of the short film "Honoring Choices" by Grief Dialogues, regarding the importance of “being prepared” with Advance Care Directives. The intersection of faith and decisions about health care wishes was explored with lively discussions and idea sharing.
