Membership

Membership in the Hospice and Palliative Care Association of New York State is offered in the following categories:

1. Hospice Provider
Hospice programs, i.e.,  Medicare-certified programs that are approved by the New York State Department of Health to participate as a hospice under Title XVIII of the Federal Social Security Act. Hospice annual dues are based on the number of patient days in the prior calendar year. You will need to contact the Association to calculate the annual dues.

2. Palliative Care Provider
Palliative care programs i.e. any program providing for or planning for specialized care to patients with advanced or life-limiting illness and their families. Palliative care provider dues are $995 annually.

3. Allied Institutions
Allied institutions, i.e., organizations do not provide or plan for specialized care for patients with advanced or life-limiting illness, but do support the purposes of the Association. There are two Allied membership levels, see below.

Allied Member Requisites are organizations do not provide or plan for specialized care for patients with advanced or life-limiting illness, but do support the purposes of the Association.
Open to Adult Care, Consultants, Employment Agencies, Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Home Care Agencies, and other professional organizations who support the mission of the HPCANYS
 There are two levels of Allied membership levels:

PATRON Level Membership - $995 (2024)

  • Access to HPCANYS website as member
  • Receipt of HNN and Compass Newsletters
  • Invitation to sponsor at Annual Conference    
  

SUPPORTER Level Membership - $2,150.00 (2024)

All benefits of Patron Level and:

  •   Full Access to HPCANYS Membership List with all contact information, including emails.
  •   Organizational listing, with product information and primary contact.
  •   (1) IN PERSON Registration to Conference, along with Exhibitor table; attendee listing prior to conference start date.
  •   Invitation for Sponsorship opportunities at Annual Conference, including Advertisement in Program & AV Platform and 15 minutes to address the attendees
  •   Opportunity for presenting to members educational information pertaining to your organization, excluding solicitation of organizational membership. 
4. Individual
Individuals who support the purposes of the Association with annual dues of $100.00. 

 

Student Rate constitutes any person who is enrolled FT in any accredited US academic institution.
Senior Rate - Any person 62 years of age + are eligible for membership with reduced rate of $80.
